The Library and Research Help Desk

The Library and Research Help Desk, located directly in front of the library's entrance, is the Library's primary service point for assistance and information. We're here for you!

Your librarians are partners with your professors. We're happy to help with anything related to your research and class assignments - locating books, articles, and any other kind of information using the library catalog, databases, and internet.

Librarians are also available in their offices in RT 110 for research assistance or in-depth consultations with students and faculty. Drop in or give us a call at the desk at (216) 687-5300, text us at (216) 820-9691, use the chat box on this page, try our email form or Ask Your Personal Librarian to make an appointment or email us directly.
