Library Hours for Fall Semester 2025

Your Viking Card is required for swipe card access after 5pm and on Sundays.

When the Library is Closed:
Options for alternate labs & study spaces on-and off-campus, and Remote/Off-Campus Access to Library Resources

BUILDING HOURS
Viking Cards are required for access
After 5pm & on Sundays

    Regular Hours:

      Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

      Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

      Saturday: closed

      Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

    Exceptional Hours:

    Monday, October 13th
    (Indigenous Peoples'/Columbus Day):
    No classes scheduled, but the Library will be open 8am-5pm.

    The library will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 26th.


CHAT HOURS: Ask a Librarian
Our chat service is available during the following hours:

      Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

      Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS

    The Library will be closed on the following days:

    • Monday, September 1st (Labor Day)
    • Tuesday, November 11th (Veterans Day)
    • Thanksgiving recess: Thursday-Saturday, November 27th - 29th

    Chat, text, and phone assistance will be unavailable on these University holidays.

    • Request virtual library instruction. Faculty: we're happy to arrange virtual information literacy instruction for your class, using a variety of streaming platforms.
