Remote/Off-Campus Access to Library Resources

Nothing can replace the range of services and study spaces available to you when you visit the Michael Schwartz Library. But if you have access to a computer or other smart device and an internet connection, there are still many resources available to you, even when the Library is closed.

Alternate labs and study spaces on campus:

  • IS&T General Computer Labs:
IS&T's Fenn Tower General Computer Lab offers evening hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after the library is closed. All IS&T General Computer Labs provide PC and Mac computers, some have quick scan stations, some have quick-print stations, and limited free black & white or color printing. All are staffed by helpful student lab monitors. Lab schedules and available software and hardware are listed for each lab.
  • Study Spaces on Campus with Evening Hours:
For your convenience, the following classrooms are open until their respective buildings close (9:30pm or later). These are not labs, so bring your own laptop!
    • BH 423 (Berkman Hall)
    • BU 101 (Monte Ahuja Hall, Monte Ahuja College of Business)
    • FH 314 (Washkewicz College of Engineering)
