    Endorsed the Dual Hub Corridor plan alternative, "10A", for a Euclid subway in the downtown segment, Euclid-at-grade in the Mid-Corridor segment,  and Euclid-at-grade in the University Circle segment, also recommended  that the station serving CSU be located between E. 18 St. and E. 22 St.
