     President directed to send a copy of applicable state law to all Vice Presidents, deans, department heads, and Purchasing Department staff. Such persons shall sign a statement that they have received and read the Law. The statement shall be returned to the Office of the President.

     Approved revised conflict of Interest Policy to bring it into accord with SB 286 (2000) that eliminated the restriction that any employee could own no more than 5% equity interest in any firm to which the trustees had assigned intellectual property rights.
