     Authorized the purchase from the Cleveland Cotton Products Co. permenent parcels no. 102-32-39, 102-32-40 and 102-32-44.

     In the event that Cleveland Cotton Products Co. grants CSU an option to purchase said property for $150,000 and provided that the form and conditions of said option are agreeable, Trustees authorize and approve the exercise of said option with respect to the acquisition of said property.

     If Cleveland Cotton Products Co., Edythe Zipkin, and Union Commerce Bank grants CSU an option to purchase said three parcels for $150,000 pursuant to an Option to Purchase and providing for a lease back to Cleveland Cotton Products Co., Trustees authorize exercising option on behalf of CSU. (substitute resolution for 4/13/67 resolution.)

     Resolution on the purchase of the Cleveland Cotton Products Co. property.  Resolution modified since the State Control Board asked
CSU to limit the use of capital funds for purchase to $100,000 and to make financial arrangements for the remaining $50,000.
