    A. Grigsby permitted to transfer 9 credits above the 8 credits already granted from U. of Toledo with the stipulation that a  special final examination be given by the Chemical Engineering Dept. to ascertain that CSU proficiency standards are upheld.

Thanos to participate in the June commencement exercises and receive a blank proposal since he would have completed all M.S. degree requirements, except the thesis by spring quarter's end, since it had been permitted in the past.
