[returned by UCC for clarification]. 9/13/12 Approved requiring applicants complete 4 of pre-requisite courses prior to program application deadline and using all 8 required pre-requisites to calculate pre-requisite course GPA. 9/13/12 Master of Public Health consortium program moved from HPERD, to School of Health Sciences, College of Sciences and Health Professions. 5/06/13 Approved re-submitting revision to Physicians Assistant track after including curriculum sheet showing former and revised program courses. 11/06/13 Conditionally approved Health Sciences 4-3 credit revisions including increase in credits for HSC 557 Human Gross Anatomy Lab 11/12/13 Health and Human Performance 4-3 credit hour course revisions approved. 3/18/15 MPH 609 course approved as requirement for Master of Public Health degree approved. 2/1/18 Modified Master’s in Public Health program more than 50% online and needs each university in the consortium’s approval. Some of the reasons for the change are to be competitive with Kent State, who withdrew from the consortium and has its own School of Public Health and because Youngstown State will be discontinuing support for distance learning classes. 2/1/18 4+1 program with B.S. in Health Sciences plus Master's in Public Health. 2/1/18 Revised Graduate Certificate in Culture, Communication & Health Care. Several original courses for the certificate are no longer offered and are deactivated and replaced. One course will be in research methods.
