     Proposed changes in admissions practices contained in "Proposal for a Division of Development Programs" (3/16/70) approved, to be made effective upon creation of the Developmental Program Division or equivalent and that admission to each central campus program be limited to the number of students each program is designed to handle.

Comm to work with the Student Development Program and submit a report to FC in June.

     Approved re-submitted proposal (5/5/71) after revisions in consultation with Student Development Program staff.  Main changes include elimination of ACT or SAT test for students in the Student Development Program and specifying ten minimum college preparatory units.

Student Development Program to continue to have relations with standing committees.

    First quarter performance (Fall 1976) report of Student Development and Open Admissions students.

     Progress report on use of diagnostic testing in College admissions decisions.
