     After considerable discussion and adoption of amendments the SAC was instructed to return with a revised copy of SAP&R for final consideration.

     SAP&R approved.

     Ad hoc faculty-student committee appointed to consider the SAC report concerning the "The Cauldron" burning issue and on recent events and report to FC.  Also to review the Student Bill of Rights & Responsibilities and make recommendations for changes if necesary; and to review operations of the Student Publications Board and report to SAC.
