Soule. 12/12/73 FC informed Graduate Council that all matters concerning academic standards, grading and proficiency standards for graduation of graduate students should be referred to the Admissions & Standards Comm. 5/7/80 FAC instructed to review FC committee structure. 4/4/84 Requested that the Steering Comm. insurethat FC members receive agenda items at least one week before meetings. 5/2/84 Approved rules for submission of materials for inclusion on agenda. Academic Steering Comm. will meet 14-21 days before FC meeting so that there will be at least one week to review materials. 2/7/07 (Report No. 16) Proposal to change the term of service for elected representatives to the Ohio Faculty Council from September 1 through August 31 to run from October 1 through September 30 approved. 2/7/07 (Report No. 17) Proposal to establish two-year terms of office for faculty representatives to the University Strategic Planning Committee, the Planning and Budget Advisory Committee, and the Capital Planning Advisory Committee with representatives ineligible to serve more than two consecutive terms approved. 4/4/07 Approved using e-mail to distribute Faculty Senate minutes instead of sending out paper copies. 5/6/15 (Reportn No. 92) Absentee Policy for Faculty Senators approved.
