1) Collect FY 1992 faculty salary increases from Ohio's state universities.
2) Compare salary increases between non-union and unionized faculties.
3) Determine hoe administrations with union faculties are able to meet union contract mandated faculty salary increases.

     Created a 7 member faculty committee to deal the budget building process.

     Two resolutions recommending that all CSU officials accept the same 2% average salary increase for FY 1992, and that all FY 1992 pay raises be across the board with merit for future years to include an
evaluation of work performed this year.
