     Approved the serving of 3.2 beer on campus.Administration promised to report on program.

     Approved change in Student Bill of Rights & Responsibilities, Sec. IV prohibiting the possession or use of intoxicating liquors on University property with the exemption that residents of the Tower Residence Halls
may possess and/or consume intoxicating liquors in their room if they are 21 years or older. Possession and consumption of 3.2 beer on University property is limited to the premises of Fat Glenn's in University Hall. However, dorm residents may possess 3.2. beer if over 18 years.

     Approved beer service policy that only CSU faculty, staff, students and their guests shall be admitted; students from other colleges and their dates may be admitted depending upon the program and facilities.

     Established an ad hoc committee to develop a policy governing the use of alcoholic beverages on campus.
