                Publishing in scholarly journals is also a requirement for the continuation of my

                graduate faculty status at the University.


                       Finally, updating courses is critical to my role as a faculty member

                teaching Master's and doctoral level courses.


                Criteria for evaluating the success of the project


                       A written report of all activities will be submitted, including copies of the

                book chapters and the manuscript.  If any editorial review of the article is

                available by the end of the leave, I will also include the editorial review in my

                report.  A revised syllabus for EDE 731 will be attached along with a reading list

                for EDE 779.


                Sources of support


                      At this point I do not anticipate any additional sources of support for these

                activities.  The burnout study was already supported by COE funding.
