EVALUATION CRITERIA


                The project will be evaluated in two ways:

          1. The finished manual will be submitted for publication
             as a text.  The review process by the editors will be one
             form of evaluation, and their comments will probably add
             to the value of the finished product.

          2. The main criteria for judging the successfulness of this
             project will be the response from users, i.e. students
             and practioners.  The manual will be tested in the
             classroom and its usefulness evaluated by students.  In
             addition, comments will also be obtained fron "real
             world" users.
