Faculty Request for Instruction Session

The purpose of a library instruction session is to help your students conduct library research. It may include assistance in the use of electronic catalogs and databases and the Internet, as well as print resources.

All requests require at least 2 weeks advance notice. Confirmation for library instruction will normally be made by e-mail within 2 days of the receipt of this form.

Only CSU faculty and staff may use this service. You must specify a return e-mail address in order for us to reach you.
