	Master's of Occupational Therapy program admissions criteria revised to require a minimum combined score of 300 in verbal reasoning/quantitative reasoning and a minimum 3.5 for writing score on GRE exam for all applicants.

	Addition of a psycho-social field work experience to Master of Occupational Therapy program approved.

	Occupational Therapy programs revision and appropriate course number prefix change approved.

	Long term exemptions to Level 1 and Level 2 graduate faculty status instructors for clinical courses DPT 681, 683, 686, 785, 788, 886, 887, and 888 approved.
