     Agreed that CSU Fellowship program should award $3,500 per calendar year for two years to two students, one of which must be a minority student.  Dean Bailey to submit a revised program description.

     Guidelines approved:  1) GPA - top of graduating class or test scores - 90 percentile or above; 2) resident aliens as well as US citizens eligible; 3) full-time CSU graduate student.
