     Recommended that the Acting Chancellor postpone until June 30, 1974 implementing the Management Improvement Program to allow a comprehensive examination by the faculties of Ohio's higher education institutions.

     Elected two faculty advisors to assist CSU representatives to the two new task forces set up by the OBOR.  Recommended holding hearings on the Task Forces' recommendations as soon as possible.

     Voiced its objection to OBOR its objections to current draft of the Task Forces' reports.
Arranged for systematic reporting on the progress of the individual task forces.
