     Approved FC electing an ad hoc committee composed of four faculty and two administrators to study ways and means of involving faculty in all aspects of decision-making processes.

     Urged appropriate administrative officers to examine their present perspectives regarding feasibility of having FC advise them on all future decisions according to Art. VI, Sec. 6(d), so as to provide continuing participation that FC By-Laws call for and which would be conducive to consultative decision-making constructively pertinent to these times of devisiveness and discord.

     Motion accepting the ad hoc committee's final report approved.
Committee discharged with resolution of appreciation.
