     Ad hoc Comm.'s report recommending that the Comm.'s charge should be made more specific by designating recommended responsibilities approved.
Appproved ad hoc Comm. charges:
       1.  Provide faculty advice to Vice President for Planning
           on both long and short term planning.
       2.  Provide information on where CSU physical structure
           hinders rather than aids educational mission.
       3.  Assist modification and renovation plans of exisiting facilities.
Referred proposal to make ad hoc Comm. a standing committee to FAC.
